[hpsdr] Penelope changes for Excalibur?

Thanks a lot,

It was just a pure interest how does HPSDR behave with Excalibur 10MHz 
only regarding this.
I personally am happy with Penelope 10MHz source only.  I don't have an 
Excalibur in my setup.
