[hpsdr] Magister -- a good thing!

Dave,
Yes, I can find the links to the Magister page.  Do you see anything on that
page that identifies it as either a kit or fully assembled?  I do not.
That's what I'm asking to have listed on the TAPR page, so that people know
what they are ordering!

openHPSDR.org has been updated to point to the Magister order pages on
TAPR and the TAPR main page has the Magister listed just under the
Excalibur and Pennywhistle. Also the side bar has a link as well.

  Hope your can fine the links to the Magister order page.
