[hpsdr] Mercury's JTAG pin 1?

Hi Chris,

Pin one is nearest the upper left corner of the PCB (opposite corner 
from the line out and phones out jacks).

As Bill has said, it marked by the square pad on the back of the 
board. It is hard to see with the components installed, but the pin 
one end of the connector is also marked on the top silk screen layer. 
A box encloses pins 1 and 2 of each programming header (J7/JTAG and J4/PROM).
