Dear Chris N0TTW:

The drivers for Ozy are x86 and x64, none of which will work on an ARM9
processor!

For work, I'm using an ARM9 WinCE 6.0 machine from EMAC-inc (embedded
computer with touch screen for $600) to do some software development.  I'm
not sure what .Net Compact Framework can do, but MFC-CE is VERY crippled
compared to the full Windows version!

You would not be able to run KISS or PowerSDR on that platform.  You MIGHT
have more luck with Linux.
