[hpsdr] LPU Regulators

Hi everyone,

If you run into problems with a bad part on a TAPR kit, please e-mail 
the TAPR office and we will try to help you. Oftentimes we have small 
quantities of spares that we buy for a kit run and can get you up and 
running by sending you a replacement part by return post.

Also, if we are out and you can't get the part, we may be able to get 
a few from our suppliers since, as Lyle says, we have a track record 
on the part. Once you buy a few thousand, the vendors are much more 
willing to help you. :-)
