[hpsdr] Potential New openHPSDR Project

Hi, Phil and all -- I think this is a *great* project, and I want to help. I have a lot of experience with Linux, and kernel programming on other operating systems. I would really like to work on the OS part of the project. Even if it ends up not being Linux, I'd still like to work on the OS. I know nothing of hardware design, so just point me toward what to buy, or send me what I need to build or plug in.

I'm really looking forward to this!
