[hpsdr] SMT LEDs Help

Pat:

Someone else sent you the data sheet.
The marking is a green dot or bar on either side of one end of the part.

Please understand that the green dots actually mark the end of the part
with the die.  On this RED LED, this happens to be the anode.

On the equivalent YELLOW and GREEN LEDs used by HPSDR,
the green dot still marks the end with the die, which happens to be the 
cathode.
