[hpsdr] SMT LEDs Help

With most LED's, where the Vf does not exceed 2V, you can check them 
using a DVM on the continuity setting (beeper)  If you connect the meter 
leads the right way round you will see a faint glow if you are not in 
direct sunlight.  You should even see the Vf value on the meter scale.
