[hpsdr] FIR filter design

[Greg - ZL3IX]

Can anyone tell me if there are good *FREE* FIR filter design apps 
available for download?  Must handle at least up to 256 taps, and 
preferably handle Hilbert transform combo's.  Coeff output in Intel hex 
format would also be an advantage.
