Hi Pat,
I control my HPSDR receiver, which is located on an uninhabited and 
BCI-free peninsula, by Logmein-Pro, a program you can download from 
Internet. However, you have to pay a modest subscription fee to stream audio 
at the same time from the target computer to your local computer.
