[hpsdr] alex

I'm just a newbie but it would appear that our best option would be to wind our own toroids for alex.  I think I could handle that as I have down some toroid winding in the past.  Just my opinion.  I'm not ready for alex but I'm sure others are.  maybe need to offer alex in parts for some of us and as an assembled unit for those who don't wand to assemble.
