[hpsdr] Hercules II

I have just got one of the blF177 boards of VK4DD going, makes 300W easily 
80 thro 6m (no interest in 160m). ~3w drive. About to build a 2nd one and 
combine them 

While researching Harris TV amp modules i came across the site of k3hkr 
http://k3hkr.com/HARRIS101.html who recommended HP server 50V 57A psus. I 
got one for $30 and it works fine although as currently built its probably 
not OSHA compliant!
