Mercury FPGA version 3.0 has the capability of providing up to 4
simultaneous independent receivers.
Version 2.9a does not.

In the Ghpsdr3 windows folder, I've named the version 3.0 files .cdf
and .jic files "Mercury4rcvrs"
to make it easy to distinguish them.

The Program-Mercury-EPSC16.bat file first programs Ozy to act as an
Altera USB Blaster, and then
programs Mercury. It has not yet been updated to Quartus 10, but you
can easily make the change--

Look for the program quartus_pgm.exe, probably in a folder
qprogrammer/bin under the quartus main folder,
which is probably in the root directory on your hard disk, eg c:\altera

In the batch file you'll see several lines like

SET DIRECTORY=c:\altera\91sp2\qprogrammer\bin\quartus_pgm

Change one of those so it matches the path to the Quartus 10
quartus_pgm.exe on your system,
and select the corresponding option when you run the batch file.

If you'll email me the path you find for quartus_pgm.exe, I'll update
the batch file on the SVN.
