Hi Noel,

You can purchase the boards from TAPR  (www.tapr.org).

You can run the boards from a PC power supply,  you just need to be sure
you have a good one that does not inject noise from the switching into the
receiver signals.

An alternative is the linear power supply that TAPR sells which also plugs
directly into the ATX connector on the Atlas bus. In which case you trade
noise <> heat.

Note that the Atlas bus is supplied as a kit whilst the other boards are
available already assembled.

There is also a  board (Excalibur) that enables an external 10MHz
reference to be injected into the Atlas bus for use by the various boards.
