[hpsdr] Multiple receivers on Atlas

Hi Joe,

Well that is technically possible but would require quite a lot of FPGA
software development.

Unless there is very strong demand for this feature then I think its
unlikely to happen. Of course we may have a Verilog programmer who is
looking for a challenge....
