[hpsdr] Hermes, apollo and such NOT YET READY

Dear all looking for Hermes stuff:

Hermes is STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT.  There are NOT yet PCBs and such.  If you
check the wiki on openhpsdr.org, you can find the current schematics and
such, if you want to study them.  However, the project is not yet at the
point where the schematics have been totally finalized, PCBs produced or
parts procured.

Hopefully, someone like Bill KD5TFD, Scotty, Phil, Kjell or others actually
involved with the work can give a more precise update and indicate how long
before such things might be available.

If you listen to the most recent Teamspeak, you will hear that Alex is
progressing, Phil has Aussie II (Ozy II) almost ready to release to beta,
and Hermes and Apollo are progressing well.
