[hpsdr] Missing Penny menu update selection

Hi Everyone,
 
I was away from HPSDR and decided to update the Firmware and Software on my boards and computer. Since it had been awhile since I updated both F/W and S/W, it was like being a newbie again. I only found one problem.
 
When doing the Penny update, the batch file was missing the menu choice for SP2. I fixed the batch file, but couldn't send it to Phil to be included in the SVN directory.

If someone can contact me at N0TTW at yahoo.com, I can send the modified file.
