[hpsdr] HPSDR diagram and PCB files

 A lot of what you asked for can be found at support page on the openhpsdr
website (http://openhpsdr.org/support.html).

As mentioned Hermes is still in alpha development.

Also most of the PCB boards and built boards can be found from TAPR at
prices cheaper than you can build them.
