[hpsdr] Another Mercury available online

Hello members,

My Mercury is online http://4x1rf.no-ip.org  Server is currently up for
testing, please check it.

Setup here consists of Atlas + Mercury + Magister + Excalibur. Working on a
better antenna, sorry for that, hope to put it up next week.
Running the latest John Melton G0ORX/N6LYT ghpsdr3 on Ubuntu 9.10 32 bit.
Connection may be a bit slow at times, residential ADSL 256Kbit upload
speed.

Many thanks to John and Ken N9VV for testing and all the precious
assistance.
