[hpsdr] Pennywhistle input pad values

Hi all,
I need to attenuate the input to my Pennywhistle.
Where can I get the formula for this type of pad (or web site
with a attenuator calculator. 
Is this a T type of pad and are he resistors in parallel to handle the current?
