[hpsdr] KISS and VAC

Dear Ken,

Thanks for checking the archives!  That is what they are here for.  And
thankfully, they are quite searchable, if only you know some good keywords
to use.  They contain lots of valuable information.  You can learn a lot by
reviewing articles that were posted prior to joining the list, and refresh
your memory on what happened after.  I know that things can change at a
rapid rate here.

KISS does NOT support VAC.  Such support needs to be writen into the code.
Having such support might well violate the KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid)
principle.  There is so much else that it could have for features, and so
few writing code!  C# isn't for everyone, I admit.  Doing any computer
language well is a challenge.  I admit that while there are a number of us
writing code, real work (bring-home-the-bread) takes precedence.
