[hpsdr] W1BW online Mercury

I have put up a Mercury online receiver accessible from W1BW in
Concord, MA through the "Receiver" link at the top of the w1bw.us page
(or w1bw.us/drupal/receiver).  This is using one logical receiver of
the 4-receiver code I announced here earlier; the other three
receivers are currently active decoding WSPR on various bands.  The
server code is John Melton's ghpsdr3 server + dspserver + jmonitor.
Obviously, I may take down the online access when I'm hacking on
things, but I'll try to leave it up most of the time.
