Hi Berndt,

Here is the URL:

Until you log on, the "Projects" tab is not visible along the top.

Once you log on, move your cursor over the "Projects" tab and select 
"TAPR-HPSDR".

That should get you to the interest list.

I am posting this back to the list, as others may have the same questions.
