[hpsdr] CW Skimmer How To

I dont know if there is a manual but is simple.

Install CW skimmer.
In Skimmer go to Settings, tab Radio. (View->Settings->Radio)
Choose Mercury.
Choose the sampling rate you want. 48kHz will give 48kHz of spectrum etc.

Click OK

Start skimming.
