There are three different client programs for OpenHPSDR on Windows.  Are you talking about:

1)  PowerSDR (and which one, the original by Bill, the updated "ugly betty," or Joe's diversity code?)
2)  Kiss Konsole
3)  John's GHPSDR3 as ported by Dave.
