[hpsdr] Atom board sale

I have not tried it but I will soon try it out with a hybrid 2.5" drive;

7200 RPM 500GB disk
32MG Level 1 cache
4GB Level 2 cache

It's supposed to be way faster than a regular 7200 RPM drive and cost 
around $110, and meant for laptop use.
