[hpsdr] HPSDR Newcomer question

First time post, please be gentle :-)  I'm a little late to the game.
I've managed to acquire an Ozy, Janus and Panelope.

Now I see I can still get Mercury PCBs from TAPR.  Question: is there
another source for Mercury boards (assembled) or a replacement in the
works?

I've done some surface mount IC soldering, is the parts acquisition
and assembly of a Mercury relatively straightforward?
