PowerSDR v1.19.3.1.diversity10 (K5SO 6OCT2010) is available for at

This version corrects an audio problem that showed up on some computer  
systems but not others.  The audio problem was aptly described by Jeff  
K2SDR as "the crunchies" by the way the audio sounded and would show  
up when running at the fastest (192000 Hz) sampling rate but would be  
okay at slower rates.

This version seems to run fine on a variety of machines at all  
sampling rates.
