As further clarification for this "sked" scenario,

and how the HPSDR radio operates, consider this:
If the station you happen to have the sked with also is using an HPSDR
radio and is using CWU mode and has his VFO A set to 14.310000MHZ the
audio tone he hears from your transmissions will be whatever value he
has set in his own "Pitch Freq (Hz)" window on his HPSDR radio. This
is because the Rx frequency in CWU mode is automatically "down tuned"
in frequency from the VFO A value by the amount set into the "Pitch
Freq (Hz)" window. This is so that when you tune to a carrier at a
given frequency the tone produced in your audio output will be the
audio frequency that is set in the "Pitch Freq (Hz)" window (not zero
beat with it).
