[hpsdr] Software Changes in ghpsdr3-windows

In order to make some changes for the server I downloaded Visual C++ 2010.
Now I am unable to open the project file server.vcproj
I get a non informative error message.

server.dsp : error  : Fehler beim Aktualisieren des Projekts

what do I have to do?
