[hpsdr] PowerSDR v1.19.3.1.diversity2 using dual Mercury boards

Dear Joe,

Thanks a lot for making diversity reception (and artificial beamforming)
possible by opening up the road to two synchronous Mercury boards! Have
been reading the Wiki page and looks great. Very clear, thanks for sharing
your experience.
I only have one Mercury board yet, but this really makes me want a second
board! Will see if Gerd DJ8AY can help me to an extra board...
