Hi Joe,

yes, the banner is schowing PowerSDR/HPSDR v1.19.3.1.diversity2 (K5SO-17SEP2010). 

Diversity reception works fine with your software and 2 Mercury-EU bords. Penelope also provides transmitting signals expekt the pa-relay switching on PIN13 ,J6. The signal is a funy  2.5ms puls on the oszilloskope mesured  with a pull up resistor instead the pa relay.
