[hpsdr] PC SM PSUs

Hi Chris,

I'm using the "ATC Seasonic M12D-750 Modular Gaming Series 750W ATX
2.2", which not only has a very good active PFC, but is also highly
efficient and silent, and has two 12V lines each of which can take
38A. No spurs at all here.

Although its not a cheap one...
