[hpsdr] Mercury noise floor

Hi,
I think the noise you guys are seeing is due to the broadband input to Mercury. Alex may help but a tunable preselector will be the best tool to limit broadband noise from reaching the A/D.  This could be a bigger issue as sun spots reappear making the upper bands more usable. We are coming into spring so there will be more noise on the lower bands.
