[hpsdr] KK sound and HPSDR with Ham Radio DeLuxe

Hi,

Sorry, two questions from a newby.

1.- KK has no sound. What I should do to get the sound out with KK?

2.- Anyone is using Ham Radio DeLuxe with HPSDR?
I would like to use HRD or any other to "connect" HPSDR and a radio, to move both dials together. Make the frecuency slave echother.
