[hpsdr] S reading

Hi all,

 

I also want to say thank you to Doug for the job done with Power-SDR. He
kindly add to the last version a mod I made to display signal level with S
point, instead of dBm. You will find a checkbox nammed S-Reading in Setup ->
Display.

Try it, and let me know if you find it useful !
