[hpsdr] Cannot flash Mercury-EU with Metis and HPSDR

Hi Berndt,

Great that this has been resolved. At least the problem identified if
not fixed yet.

I have one of the mini USB Blasters and it works great.  Even supports
NIOS II which my older USB Blaster did not.
