Hi Walter,

the startup does not load any code into Mercury, it loads the Firmware and the FPGA code into Magister/Ozy, which looks to be working correctly.

It then tries to configure Janus but fails as you do not have one and then configures Penelope which works correctly.

So, it looks like the startup is working OK.  I can't help too much with PowerSDR, but I would expect it may be a problem with the software versions loaded and/or a configuration problem.
