By the way: it is Debug Led Nr. 4, not Nr. 3 (3 is for 122.88MHz clock).

Today I have measured the DCF-77-reference and the Excalibur reference 
on one counter. The measuring shows a systematic deviation between both 
sources of 63+-1Hz.

When looking at the Deutsche Welle, I conclude, that the DCF-77 
reference is ok, the Excalibur is away.
