[hpsdr] Pennylane Documentation

G'day,

I can't find any documentation about the jumpers , top layout and programming 
instruction (USB Blaster) for Pennylane. I did find the Gerber files and a 
"Quick Start" guide.

Can someone point me into the right direction?
