[hpsdr] Provisional alex support in KISS Unified beta

Dear All,

I've just pushed up some provisional support of Alex that I've added to KISS
Unified in my own branch, where the beta code is kept.  I need some testing
done by anyone who has gotten farther than I have in getting Alex integrated
into their system.

It offers support similar to the selections for Alex that you find in
PowerSDR, with the attenuator selection (0, -10, -20, -30) being on the
'Alex' tab of setup, along with the antenna selection.  Also there is
forward and reverse power from Alex being hopefully displayed!

You can find this on the SVN repository (I'm going to split the path on
purpose, as I know it will get split by my outgoing email handing):

The stuff in the bin/debug and bin/release folders should be ready-to-run.

Please let me know if/how this works for anyone with an Alexiares (Alex)
boardset!  The more I can have done for Phil when he gets back from holiday,
the less he'll have to do himself.
