[hpsdr] Power SDR "Start" button

Is the "Start" button manual operation really necessary in addition to
loading the PowerSDR console?

I operate my HPSDR system with PSDR and Ham Radio Deluxe.
When starting my system, it requires a number of manual operations to get
it running:

- Launch PSDR
- Maximise the screen so it sits squarely in the screen
- Click the "Start" button and wait for the routine to run
- Launch HRD (I have this set up to load HRD, Logbook and connect to
cluster automatically)

Can this be streamlined where I just launch a routine to do all the above
with one click?
