[hpsdr] Alex

[Tokio Endo]

Hi Guys,

According to the notification on schedule by TAPR, "Once the funds are collected the manufacturing process will begin".
I think that the manufacturing starts, then hopefully we receive the first lot of Alex around mid-September.
