[hpsdr] New code availble

All,

There is some new code available for a number of HPSDR boards.  This revison 
will enable the Forward and Reflected Power to read from Alex (or any other 
suitable PA or SWR bridge). PC software that will support this feature will 
be available shortly.

The new code versions are:

Penny(Lane)  - V1.4
Metis             - V1.4
Ozy/Magister - V1.9

and is availble from the usual SVN locations.  Note that if you install V1.4 
of Penny(Lane) then you must also upgrade Metis and Ozy/Magister or the 
wrong version of Penny software will be reported.

George, K9TRV, will shortly release an updated version of KISS Konsole that 
combines the USB and Ethernet version into one Unified program.  It you are 
using PennyLane then it is *ESSENTIAL* that you use this new version of KK 
rather than an previous versions.
