Gang,
Dan W0IQ has posted a good suggestion.  HOWEVER!  Be aware that these
supplies will enter 'over-voltage shutdown' when presented with 13 to 13.5
volts.  So it would be a very good idea, when running from a switcher or
whatever that's a normal ham 13.8 volts (or a fully charged battery) to have
2 or 3 silicon diodes of 10A capacity or better in series with the power
lead to drop 2 or 3 times .65v to get the supply voltage to within range of
what the Pico-PSU-120 can handle.  OR if using the PW-200-M from
mini-box.com, which has also been suggested previously.  I got some large
silicon diodes at Dayton just for doing this.
