Dear Al,

Because Phil was in a hurry before leaving on holiday (vacation), he may not
have had time to do all the updates.  And I don't think that they are needed
if you happen to have Metis and can use HPSDRProgrammer, which is what Phil
is likely currently using.

In this case, Phil only released the new firmware.  The Ozy
'USBBlasetr-Biniaries' directory wasn't updated.  So you can edit the batch
file to support the new version, using the support for the older versions as
a model.

You seem to be correct that those files are missing.  But they might well be
in the Penelope firmware directory?  I do see a penelope.qpf, but not the
.jic file.  Maybe Bill KD5TFD or someone else can help with generating the
.jic file.  I just don't have much verilog/Quartus experience.
