[hpsdr] How ti use a straight key with HPSDR

Mark, Jeremy,
CW keying with a straight key is implemented by keying pin 6 (dash)
to pin 5 (common) or, alternatively, keying pin 7 (dot) to pin 5
(common) on the DB-9 connector on Metis/Ozy/Magister when the "iambic"
selection on the CW front-panel control of PowerSDR is de-selected.
