[hpsdr] Need help hooking up Alex

Thanks Mike. I replied to John off-list (I do that inadvertently now and
then with this list cause the headers are set up differently than other
lists I'm used to) when he pointed me to the same info. That document has
exactly what I need. I wasn't aware that it exists. I searched the HPSDR
site where I found a similar type document for all the other HPSDR
components, but I didn't think to search the TAPR site.

Perhaps this is an oversight and someone can provide a link to this document
on the HPSDR site. For the other components, I clicked the "Documents" link
and found documents with all info needed for installing and operating. But
there was no such document for Alex. So I clicked the Alex link along the
left, and that brought me to a page with minimal info and a link to the Alex
wiki page. The wiki page had useful design-level info, but nothing about how
to install or operate Alex. it appears the wiki entry was written during
inception and design, and hasn't been updated since then.
