Thank you for the comments.

With Alex selected the attenuator displays the following:
0dB
-20dB - controls the relay on Mercury
-10db - Alex 
-20db - Alex
-30db - Alex -10db + -20db
-40db - Alex/Mercury -20db + -20dB
-50db - Alex/Mercury -10db + -20db + -20dB

Alex - Band 20m, T3 was incorrectly controlling R3. This has been corrected
for future releases.

I think I am running the latest software and it works great! But I do have a
couple of comments...

I'm running:  HPSDR v2.2.3(W5WC - 11/30/11)

Metis 1.6
Mercury 3.1
Penelope 1.6
with Alex & Excalibur

Comment One. The attenuator (ATT) displays the selections:  0dB, -20dB,
-10dB, -20dB, -30dB, -40dB, -50dB

Comment Two. On Alex Ctrl, selecting Band 20m, Transmit 3 (antenna)
Actually selects Transmit "2" . All other selections are correct.
