[hpsdr] PennyLane CW Transmission Configuration

Thanks to George for setting me straight on the term I used in the post 
below. What I called Phono connectors are actually Phone connectors. For 
the HPSDR circuit, I have the 1/4" phone connectors only- no adapting to 
mini or sub-mini.
